hidden files system 32

    can someone help me with this,i had this problem befor but i cant find my paper work that had the infomation on it.my problem is that on windows xp start up the system 32 hidden folder keeps comming on ,thanks for any help...

    I don't know if this is what you want, but go to My Computer, click on Tools, click on Folder Options, click on View, then scroll down until you see the Do not show hidden files or folders. Click in the circle to the left of that, then click on Apply, and then on OK.

    thanks granpabw,i checked that and that looks ok...i will keep trying to get it fix,thank you for your help...

    Did you check what is running at startup in msconfig?

    yes good idea, hiding the folder is all good but there is still a reason it is opening up by its self
