Hiding taskbar on main screen (dual screen setup)

    I have a dual screen setup here, when playing a video in full screen on screen 1 (main) via the browser (e.g. youtube) or a video on wmp I've noticed that the if I click on anything on the screen 2 the taskbar appears on the main screen (screen 1).

    Is there anyway I can stop this?
