High resolotion slow mouse?

    Hi i have windows xp pro and after re formating my computer my mouse seems much slower to me. my resolution is 1600x1200 and i have to move my entire arm and lift the mouse up 3 times to get acrosss the entire screen. Is there any way i can adjust the mouse sensitivity/speed in xp like in games?

    Try some different mouses (mice) and see what happens.

    You should be able to go into control panel and in the mouse configuration option pick the motion tab. There should be options for speed and acceleration there.

    iam using a longitech lazer mouse and its very nice got it online at staples for like 52 bucks

    Hey everyone thanks for responding looks like i'll just go n fidle around some more. Probably just geta new uber 1337 mouse. peace
