    Hi,

    Open HijackThis, do a system scan only and check these:

    R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    O2 - BHO: Ozbyq Class - {D623BC2F-A58D-4A75-A10D-CC244A702A35} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E5E2A3E7-00FE-4D31-A030-A10799DDCA66} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ghc70ab2] RUNDLL32.EXE w003e812.dll,n 00270ab000000003003e812
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [w0040ddc.dll] RUNDLL32.EXE w0040ddc.dll,I2 00270ab000040ddc
    O18 - Filter: text/html - {B5F86455-BF18-4E12-965A-6642A0AC0549} - (no file)
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: logons - C:\WINDOWS\
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: Nls - C:\WINDOWS\
    O20 - Winlogon Notify: RunOnce - C:\WINDOWS\

    Close all other opem windows and click fix cheked.

    Now restart your computer, post a new HijackThis log and tell me if you still get error messages. I think you have a look2me infection and your computer isn't clean just yet.

    It worked great Jurppis, I forgot to get you a new hijack log but the computer is running just fine. Is it necessary to get a new log?

    Go to add/remove programs and remove any instances of

    [bold]viewpoint[/bold]

    Fix these also

    O3 - Toolbar: Viewpoint Toolbar - {F8AD5AA5-D966-4667-9DAF-2561D68B2012} - C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\ViewBar.dll
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewpointPhotosDeviceConnect] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\FotomatDeviceConnect.exe
    O8 - Extra context menu item: &Viewpoint Search - res://C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\ViewBar.dll/CXTSEARCH.HTML

    Find and delete this folder (if you cant, do so in safe mode)
    C:\Program Files\[bold]Viewpoint[/bold]\

    @maca1
    Viewpoint is not malware allthough it is potentially unwanted program.
    You definetely have to ask the user if he wants to get rid of it.

    @pollution
    You don't have to send the log if your computer is running smoothly.
    But if something suspicious happens you can post the log to this thread

    @Jurppis

    No you don't. It is installed without the users choice.
