    There is something that needs cleaning in your log.

    At first, move HijackThis to a folder C:\HJT

    Update Ewido and SpySweeper.

    Then:
    Go to Control Panel -> Add or delete programs
    -->Search [bold]MyWay[/bold] (There might be something more after MyWay)
    -->Delete if found

    Make your hidden files visible:
    ->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
    ->Click the View tab.
    ->Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders.

    Open HijackThis and fix these entries: (Do a system scan only, check all entries, press Fix checked)
    [bold]
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.dell4me.com/myway
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://bfc.myway.com/search/de_srchlft.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =
    O23 - Service: cFosSpeed System Service (cFosSpeedS) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\cFosSpeed\spd.exe" -service (file missing)
    O23 - Service: Symantec Core LC - Symantec Corporation - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Symantec Shared\CCPD-LC\symlcsvc.exe
    O23 - Service: Windows Media Connect Service (WMConnectCDS) - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\Windows Media Connect 2\wmccds.exe (file missing)
    [/bold]
    Then on the downright corner in HijackThis press config
    ->Misc Tools
    ->Delete NT service
    ->Copy this [bold]cFosSpeedS[/bold] and paste it to the field
    ->Press OK

    Same again but copy/paste this: [bold]Symantec Core LC[/bold] to the field
    ->Press OK

    Have you deleted Windows Media Connect? If you have do this:

    Then on the downright corner in HijackThis press config
    ->Misc Tools
    ->Delete NT service
    ->Copy this [bold]BWMConnectCDS[/bold] and paste it to the field
    ->Press OK

    Then restart your computer in a Safe mode (Press F8 button when computer is starting an choose safe mode option).

    Delete this folder (if found):

    C:\Program Files\--->[bold]MyWay[/bold]<--- (there might also be something more in the name after MyWay)

    Scan your computer with Ewido and save log.
    Scan your computer with Spysweeper and save log.

    Empty the Recycle Bin
    Make your hidden files invisible again:
    ->On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options.
    ->Click the View tab.
    ->Under Hidden files and folders, click Do not show hidden files and folders.

    Restart your computer normally.

    Run HijackThis and save a log.

    Paste logs from Ewido, Spysweeper, and HijackThis to here so I can see if your computer is now clean.
    (This time copy the whole HijackThis log so it starts from: Logfile of HijackThis.... )

    These are unnecessary processes, fix what you don't need (with HijackThis): (these slower your machine)
