I have had a look over your log and all looks normal. Is your pc running ok? It's possible your security software may be slowing you down read the link. http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r19877740-Anyone-using-embarq-online-security
Try nod32 online scanner to see if your pc is compromised. Disable your embarq software first if possible. http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/index.php
No issues really with performance, I'm running on an ASUS mobo, with 2gb Corsair DDR, dual EVGA 8600's and an Athlon 64X2 5600+ CPU. I was more concerned with anything that could compromise keyed-in passwords on some of the websites I use. I play a popular MMORPG and have witnessed a rash of people who have gotten their accounts hijacked because of keyloggers recording their login information. Then the other day I was on one of my regular sites, FFXIAH.com and my Embarq picked up on something relating to the URL of the site and quarantined it. I didn't take any chances and deleted it. I run Spybot S/D and Firefox with the NoScript plug-in. Was just wondering if anything in the log looked out of sorts or suspicious. Thxs for the suggestions I will for sure look into them. ^^
