    Go here and download SmitfraudFix.
    Extract all the files to your desktop.
    Open the newly created folder and select Option 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

    Post back with the contents of rapport.txt and a new HijackThis log.

    SmitfraudFix isn't picking it up so you'll need to remove it manually.

    Run a scan only with HjT, check these:

    [bold]O2 - BHO: (no name) - {192c5b4a-3efd-40c7-9f99-c472deb8efc0} - C:\Program Files (x86)\QualityCodec\isaddon.dll
    O21 - SSODL: bonspells - {11853d5f-f894-4cc7-bbc3-fc7a9dcfd896} - (no file) [/bold]

    Close all windows except HjT this before clicking "Fix checked".

    Restart in safe mode and delete this folder:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\[bold]QualityCodec[/bold]

    Post back with a new HijackThis log.

    [bold]Note[/bold]: You also need to delete some registry entires created by Zlob, but I'm not home at the moment to have the fix available, so I will post the reg fix when I can.

    Okay, let's do the registry fix.

    Copy the following [bold]bold[/bold] text into Notepad(not Wordpad).

    [bold]REGEDIT4

    [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\run]
    "isamonitor.exe"=-

    [HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\run]
    "pmsngr.exe"=-

    [-HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Browser Helper Objects\{bf1ced2c-4b3f-4079-a330-864eda5a4cff}]

    [-HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\QualityCodec][/bold]

    Name the file [bold]Fix.reg[/bold]
    Change the "Save as Type" to [bold]All Files[/bold] and save it on the desktop.
    Open the Fix.reg file and click Yes when prompted to merge.

    Fix this with HjT. Be sure all windows are closed before clicking Fix checked.

    [bold]O3 - Toolbar: Protection Bar - {bf1ced2c-4b3f-4079-a330-864eda5a4cff} - C:\Program Files (x86)\QualityCodec\iesplugin.dll (file missing) [/bold]

    Restart your computer.

    Everything okay now?

    Thanks! Learn a lot on my own, but also some online schooling.

    HjT log looks good.

    Java is out of date.
    Go here and download [bold]Java Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 9[/bold].
    Uninstall all previous version and updates of JRE via [bold]Add/Remove Programs[/bold].
    Restart and install [bold]Update 9[/bold].

    Should be fine after that.

    You're welcome. :)
