Hey all...first i want to say sorry if this has been discussed over and over..i did look around first but didnt quite find the answer i was looking for so here iam anyways i have 2 xbox 360's both are flashed with iextreme..the 360 with the Hitachi 47 has RROD probs and is basically on its last leg but the DVD drive will read anything i throw at it...the 360 with the Hitachi 79 works great but the DVD drive has a hard time reading older discs/games...i want to put the 47 drive in this 360...since both drives are flashed can i just add the DVD key of the 79 to the 47 and have it work in that machine...or does it need spoofed no matter what...just thought id ask before i dove into this.. thanks all
you would still need to spoof.and to do that on hitachi drives u need to put the orig.bin back on the drive first.if u dont have the orig then dont even try.
you not only will need to spoof the 79 key to 47 ixtreme fw, you also will have to flash key sector and flash spoof data, and if you dont have orig, you can dl it from xbins
