HItachi drive makes one beep...

    I was tweaking the pot of a hitachi laser when it just beeped on me and never turned on. I replaced the hitachi laser head with another used one and it gave me the same error. What am I doing wrong? :(

    The drive is dated back to December 2005. I flashed it with LT. It all used to work on the first laser head until I tried tweaking it.
