A small animation? lol geez man thats hard enuff to do, ud have to probably design each frame yourself, add them into an authoring program and encode it to whatever!

LOL Dela.... I spent 30 minutes on IRC trying to figure out what he was trying to convey: he wants to make a transition/intro (but not a (S)VCD menu)... i.e., think Starwars opening credits kinda deal.

I pointed him to Nero Vision Express. Specifically if i remember correctly, to create a transition you need to:
    1. Start Nero Vision Express
    2. Make CD --> Super Video CD --> Make New Movie
    3. In the box in the top right hand corner there are a series of tabs that allow you to change clips, special effects, text effects or ttransitions.
Simply add a transition between say, a blank screen clip and your first scene and you are set!

Harky: please take the time to carefully express yourself. It makes it a lot easier to answer your questions. :)

    1. I agree Nero does suck
    2. DId you install Nero Vision Express yet? As of last we spoke on IRC you said that it was not installed. Make sure you install Nero VISION Express not just Nero Express.
    3. The next simplest technique i can think of is Adobe Premier + Hollywood FX (transitions plugin). If you just want to do a quick thing ehre and there, they are both available as trialware. I suggest you give it a shot.
