Wrong area but just change your Boot Order in the Bios to CD first, boot from your Windows CD and follow the prompts. You'll be asked several times to press any key to boot from the CD but after the first time ignore that or you'll start the whole process over. Also make sure you have all your driver's on a CD. I disconnect from the net first and install my AV offline but that's just me. Once got infected before I could get to my AV. Keep your key handy too. Of course, this assumes you have an XP CD.
