I have tried every method to back up this movie but I cannot get all of the menus to work. I get just the regular movie minus the special features, etc. All of the setting in both programs are set to include the trailers and menus. Any assitance would be appreciated.
are you clicking the second box ? "Clone DVD" clone a dvd inculding all titles and menus. and do you have anydvd setup correctly? unchecking "Remove annoying adverts and trailers" heres a guide to help http://bbmayo.home.comcast.net/
Strangely enough it came down to what player I played the finished product through. VLC Media Player missed the menus altogether and went staright ot the main movie whereas Media Player Classic played everything gave gave me the menu options.
