Hi, I am having an issue with a 64gb Sandisk cruzer usb2 usb drive. I have formated it on a PC as NTFS and then put into the xbox 360 and formatted on there and installed a profile and demo game. I can see the Content folder and subfolders. But when i try and access this USB drive using Modio or Horizon, it doesnt pick it up. I have tried a few different version of Horizon, some say they offline, some say cracked, but none work. Horizon versions are: 2.5.4 This runs in offline mode. 2.7.6.3 This one is cracked I couldn't find any higher versions to download. The on from the official site (Horizon-Setup.exe) does nothing at all when I try to run it. Saved a game save onto the USB device, can now see in Windows Explorer: Content 0000000000000000 E00007....... E00003..... name.txt Has anyone had the same problem and fixed it?
If all you want to do is place stuff on there or inject/exctract on pc try either party buffalo or 360 content manager for more knowledgeable help use 2nd link in my sig
Hi I just want to be able to play games via usb using the computer to transfer games to/from... Without jtag or rgh.
A non modded console is NOT able to play games without the disc in the tray & CANNOT play ripped games.Where ever on the web you've seen it say's it's possible is a hoax,if it wasn't i wouldn't have spent the money i have on mine as well as everyone else with modded consoles.The minimum you need is an xkey tho personally your better off with a rgh chip or an original jtag
It has been flashed but not sure what what version it's too. It can't play the latest games though hence I need to upgrade. I read that horizon could transfer games to Ian and then use xexmenu to run the game. What do you advise?
Flashed what ! your dvd drive in the xbox ? all that does is allow reading of burnt games it will NOT allow playing without disc in the tray when i mentioned ripped games i was specifically talking about extracting the contents of the game iso either in xex format or god the software you've been using is for modded consoles yours isn't if all that you have is a flashed dvd rom drive Edit; if however you have a jtag (fat 360's only) or rgh (hard modded fat or slim) then all you need is to update the dash.All that requires is use link in swizzy's sig at realmods & follow the simple instructions after flashing with latest dash you'll need the avatar data installed to get games to play
Hi, dvd drive has been flashed in the past but not sure to what flash. I think i had a disc with some information on there but cannot seem to find it as yet. my manufacture date is 8th October 2009 and the dashboard is 2.0.1.17349.0 With the current setup i have to play with the disc in the console. I have soldering experience from the past so not too fussed if i need to solder anything but have limited flashing/probe experience. Thanks.
You don't seem to understand it. You console is NOT modded. Your DVD drive is flashed, that's all. On that disk you probably had the original DVD drive bios. If your Xbox 360 was flashed before December 26, 2011 you need an update on that flash, if it was flashed after December 26, 2011 it is flashed with iXtreme LT 3.0, and that was the latest drive firmware, there have been no updates after 2011.
Hi, it was flashed about 4 years ago but i know that some latest games dont play. Is it possible to have the xbox modded even though the drive is flashed?

Unless the disc is an original xbox game there's no knowing if it's the disc or whether you've truncated to get it to fit or a combo of both bad media & overburning.If you have no need of live then rgh it & be done with burning games for good,hard drives are so much cheaper per gb
Game was sourced from a reliable contact so should be ok. I can't find anyone to test it though! I don't use Live so ok from that point of view. What do I need to do to rgh it and does it matter that my drive is flashed?
Best bet is head over to realmods & create an account (2nd link in my sig) You'll have to eventually as you'll need to login to unity a well. unity : is where you get the covers & metadata from along with game updates,it's also where you can get to game online for free on LiNK,so be sure to create a handle you like http://xboxunity.net/ lastly & i can't stress this enough DO NOTHING & i mean DO NOTHING to your 360 until you've read & understood how to extract your keys & got backups of your nand on more than one hard drive including upload one to a free cloud storage,before attempting to fit rgh.By rights that should be mentioned in any tuts,keep in mind there are specific rgh chips for fats (jasper) if i'm not mistaken once you got it chipped post back here & i'll provide you with the software you'll need for the pc to either mod games or extract,it's all in one place on cloud storage it'll save you hunting for them. Things like dashlaunch,xell,aurora,kinect & avatar data including the updated dash for the xbox you can get from realmods or the links to them,so remember the dash for an rgh is NOT the microsoft one so don't go on live to get it
