hotmail block list

every now an again i seam 2 get hit with junk mail;
i select the block feature come back to Hotmail,
i get the same one over and over again:
today i had 24 of them...
how do i get rid of it if its in the block feature why am I still getting the same 1's over and over.
i cant get rid of the hotmail: as its being in use to my microsoft account

 

Have you tried using the SmartScreen Filter.
