how 2 change file extensions

    i am not a noob , i repeat i am not a noob, but how the hell do i change exe to bin?thanx and hurry please, i think i'm dying next to this splinter cell.. it took me 2 much time to download..help_X_X_X_X_X_[small]imagine having read something short and inteligent[/small]
