I ordered a x-bit modchip from modchip.com last friday and have not got any confirmation email or shipping info or anything at all. Has anyone done business with them and if so how was it. I appreciate the help guys. Thanks
I ordered from them as well. An Aladdin Live modchip. I didn't get a confirmation e-mail, even though the billing showed up on my credit statement, I contacted them and asked them politely what was going on and they confirmed that my modchip had already been shipped and that it would be arriving in the next few days. Ask them about it in their "contact us" or sales@modchip.com..... good luck
mod-chip.com is a scam I think. I got my mod chip from them....but it wasn't exactly what they promised. It was suppose to be solderless and it wasn't, also the chip looks like a knock off, the markings on it and writing don't match any picture on the internet. You will get your product....but I doubt it will be exactly what you are paying for.
modchip.com IS a SCAM !! mod-chip.com is a GENUINE modchip retailing site. note the site with the "-" is genuine. hehe
