I see that most folks are ripping and encoding with Windows. Thats all fine and dandy but what about a Linux section. I have never ripped under Windows simply because I never have tried. The software is expensive and with the amount of problems people are encountering with it I think I'll stick with Linux. I have run Drip and dvd::rip and they are both very usable and stable. I prefer dvd::rip because it has so many options. I have never encountered the vast amount of problems that people are encountering. My finished rips do not have audio sync problems and the video is always great in quality. If you need some one to help with the section let me know.
