How and what to use to burn Multimedia CD?

    I'm kinda doing a small project, and i need to be able to make a CD that can play normally in a CD player, and play video in a DVD player.
    Possibly, i would also like it to be able to auto-run with a menu when inserted into a PC.

    Does anyone have any idea's?

    I have searched around, but im lost in all the menu making and such.
