Hello My friend has backed up all his DVd's on these DVD's from http://www.yesbuy.net/4dvrepawcabo5.html Manufacturer is "SKY". The DVD's are shiny on both sides. They are very inexpensive. My friend tells me I should get these too. I told him they are too cheap and they probably won't last a long time, but he says they work fine. What do you think?
Pretty pricy, Especially for unproven media. 80 cents a disc, you can get proven quality grade A media for quite a bit less than that.
Vladibus, Your friend doesn't sound very smart. I know places you can get 100 +R's for a lot less and, they are not any better of a quality than SKY. I would go with a name brand if you want to pay 80 cents a disc like Prodisc here is a link http://www.supermediastore.com/prodisc-4x-dvdr-silver-inkjet-printable-100-free-ground-shipping.html plus free shipping just the same as SKY media. but better quality and 75 more discs.
