have NERO 8 on Windows XP. I downloaded a DVD movie via a torrent that I used to have on VHS. Of course the largest file downloaded in the folder was the DVD movie (this time in avi format). Also a folder was created called "subs" I believe. What do I do with that folder and how do I include that to burn to the DVD in Nero? Perhaps I am missing something easy. I know how to include or import the large AVI file into Nero. By the way I am using the Nero option - Make your own DVD movie.
Unless it's a new feature, Nero AFAIK doesn't do subtitles. DVD Flick can convert the avi file to DVD format and incorporate the subtitles - it supports .srt, ssa/ass subtitle formats. http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_tools/dvd_flick.cfm
