Give "DivxToDvd" a try I recently tried that with an .avi of mine an I'm very pleased. But make sure you get the freeware version, I think it's v.0.5, Not the new shareware v.1.9. unless you want it to have and advertisment on the top of whatever it is you encode. Other than cosmetic differences I haven't noticed much of a difference between the two. Good Luck.

    Hello callum91,

The VSO DivxToDVD v1.99.13 Pre-Release does add a Watermark to your video output.

When purchased, the speed will double and the watermark will go away.

As other stated, you can always use the v0.5.2b Freeware version.

The new v2.00 will provide plenty of new features.

I really enjoy the addition of Chapters to my DVD, and it has a built in burn engine.

    http://www.vso-software.fr/divxtodvd_history.htm
for the full ChangeLog of DivxToDVD, you will see all the enhancement currently in there, and more to come like Menus !
