How can I change PAL videos to NTSC??

    So far I've made one DVD but it turned out to be only PAL format so I can't play it in my regular DVD. I d/l'ed another movie and its PAL as well so I'm wondering can i change a PAL video to NTSC?? Don't wanna make another DVD and not have it play in my regular ones.

    TMPEG , power director + if its a DVD use smart ripper then Flask then TMPEG. :)
