How can i convert 16.9 DVD to 4.3 DVD?

    As stated in heading I am tring to convert A DVD that is in 16.9 format to 4.3 fullscreen format. All I have are the BUP and IFO files to work with. Do not have the actual DVD on hand anymore. Please all help on this would be a god send.Tnx in advance.

    You need to re-encode, cutting the sides off and resizing, then reauthor and burn. Much better to leave it as is.
