how can I copy my downloaded 7gb iso file

    Sorry but I am a newbie to computers... I have downloaded a movie and it is 6.91gb iso... I wish to watch it on my tv so would like to burn it to a dvd... and I guess change the format?? How can I do this without the knowledge of a rocket scientist??? I can watch it using vlc....

    After scanning it with an antivirus program, you can use dvd shrink to compress it to single layer dvd size. From there you can use imgburn to bur it to disk.

    You can also use DVDFab to load the image and burn. If using DVD5 discs, it will automatically compress for you. If using DVD DL discs, then there will be no compression and it will begin burning process.
    Be sure your settings are set to the correct blank media size.
