How can I copy play station and xbox games

I would like to know if it si a way I can copy play station & xbox games to a disc and what disc should be used. My gson is always playing and renting other peoples games and it's costing me a a lot. But if someone could please tell me how or where to get some software for this I would greatly appreicate it.
