how can I remove 2 screws that are glued in by Sony to replace my analog stick the 2 screws are the ones under the battery. Thanks
did you glue them in yourself because sony didnt all you need to do is get a philips head screw driver and screw them out
They are not glued, this is for sure. They can however be striped or cross threaded. Have you taken it apart before? And if yes, did you screw them in to tight? If not try pushing the screw to the side and kind of lifting when you unscrew it. Or do it upside down. _^_ That's my upside down smiley, don't be hatin' on it. Fools.
thanks for the info I was told by a guy that has a computer repair place that they were glued in and also buy a guy who works for sony. But anyway got them out but one that was striped to nothing but was able to replace the analog stick but then to find ugh I broke the LCD screen. I give up but this time I am sending it out for repair thanks again
if your not under warranty they cost about £60 to replace when you can do it your self for abut £20 but if you dont want to brake it again then i would send it out but you will have vioded the warranty by removing the sticker to get to the faceplate screw so they will charge you 0_<
the psp is already out of the warranty by 2 years. And I am sending it out to someone that this web sight recomended for $70 w/ shipping and all. So not to bad of a deal
