how can i lock my xbox? i have the unleash X version

how can i lock my hard drive back up? cause it's showing a code number 05 which it says that i didn't lock the HDD properly and it's saying that it needs customer service in different languages. thanks

 

Insert a Slayers Evox disc and there's an option at the bottom. That's assuming you have a hard modded xbox!?

 

if u dont have a chip just use xbhdm and lock that puppy up

He guys how are is everyone, alright this is my first time on afterdawn forums but i usually get alot of help from this great site. I used the xbhdm i get everything done until i have to lock it when i have to it says that my drive on primary master is frozen cannot change security status o a frozen drive. It then says for me to change the ide channel in the bios but i can't find it.

 

i thanks everyone who gave me feed back on how to lock my xbox hard drive (code 05) but i got one more question. how can i lock it if i dont have a desk top i have a laptop n that link showed me how to lock it if i had a desktop. now i read whaty i needed to do but im not quite sure of how the heck i have to do first. can somebody help a nerd like me?? thanks alot

 

Guys i figured out how to fix my xbox.

oh i couldn't lock it with the xboxhdm, because it said the hard drive was frozen so i pulled it out put it in my xbox turn on my old useless modchip and locked it with that.

 

lol if i would have known u had a modchip we could have helped u ages ago

 

It doesn't work very well i don't know why because it won't let me flash it any more but i can unlock, lock and do other things with my modchip to my hd, very weird.

My xbox is not modded and my hard drive is empty(has no eeprom or anything), how can I fix this??? I have a modded xbox also (not mine, thats why i need to fix mine), would that help me fix the other one?
