Hi everyone, Please help, i can't find any answers anywhere! I'm going insane. Gahh. Anyway, yesterday for my B-day i got an Iomega dvd burner. With it came dvdrw disks that hold: 4.7GB and 120mins. My problem is: I have downloaded a .avi movie. It hasn't yet been converted to an .mpeg. The size of it now is: 1.36GB. Its not split into 2 parts. The total time of the whole entire movie is: 1 hour and 53mins, 56 seconds."I wanna record the movie onto 1 dvd disk, not 2. How can i make the file smaller to be able to fit onto the dvdrw???" I used TMPGenc on this file, it took 6 hours to complete...i thought that it reduced the file but all TMPGenc did was make the file .mpg way LARGER, around 3.67GB. -_- You don't have to tell me step by step, cause i know it's a lotta work, but any website guide or advice or something would be so much of help..and i won't bug ya anymore, lol. I'm so stressed out. Please help and thanks for ur time. -Noel
Sorry can't help you more, but here's the only guide I've seen. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/convert_avi_to_dvd.cfm
