If it can be burnt, it can be read. You will probably have to have a commercial company press your DVD's. Burning them won't do.

Hi, cant be done, and even if you do manage to put some kind of protection onto a disc there are lots of programs to bypass it.

If Sony and Dreamworks(to name two) can not stop members from removing the encryption placed on DVD's, spending thousounds of pounds, what luck do you think you'll have.

I’m one man operation business and most of my work is done for people who don’t know about how to remove the protection of CD/DVDs. These people don’t visit websites like this one. If I can put some kind of protection on my work, I’ll be able to make a living . If you have the answer please give it here I’ll be very appreciative. Thank you.

You can use something like GPG to encrypt the data on the DVDs. However, this is only good for point-to-point transfer. The DVDs will be unplayable in any kind of player or drive. They would have to decrypt the DVD contents onto their computer using whatever encryption key you supply. Few people will put up with this hassle. Also, if their computer is hacked or if they were simply careless with bittorrent, file-sharing, or even some Microsoft network settings, then the decrypted DVD will be available to the world, not just to the recipient's friends.

Don't waste your times on it, it's useless, especially if it's DVD-R or DVD+R only. Nobody is tougher than Macrovision's "RipGuard" and SONY's "ARccOS" and look at them now. It can be ripped easily by FREE tools like DVDFAB Decrypter, RipIt4Me (DVD Decrypter + FixVTS), AnyDVD (retail), DVDIdle Pro (retail), DVDFAB Platinum (retail) and DVD Region+CSS Free (retail).

    Just a note that's all.

If the people that you work for are the type that "don’t know about how to remove the protection of CD/DVDs" then they probably will not copy your work. BUT IF they are the type to copy your work then I would think that they could easily "visit websites like this one." Wouldn't you think so?

borivic did you happen to do a google search? well if you did you would know that there quite a few site that will sell you a program that will let you put copyprotection on your work, also you could make the files in rar format and have to have a pasword to unrar it so there is one way you could do it and that is free, so do a little work and you will find what you are looking for. hope that helps have a nice day
