If u want to put the Evox dashboard on itu do not need to reflash ur chip. You can get the dashboard from #xbins on IRC. Then search for how to install it.

To install the evox dashboard, all you need to do is this...

Within the Evolution X dashboard, there are many files, you only need 3 of them.

    1) the evox.ini
    2) the evoxdash.xbe
    3) the skin folder

Take those three things and put them in your c: of your Xbox's hard drive.

If you don't know how to use mIRC, then just go here http://www.x-b-o-x.net/modules/news/ to download the Evolution X dashboard build 3935

Well, you have flashed your chip w/ the newest X2.6 bios correct? You can do http flashing, check out htis tutorial, http://www.teamxecuter.com/flashbios/

If you have done that already, then get flashfxp, and just ftp everything over, it should work fine. What are you using to connect your PC to Xbox? A crossover cable or router?
