How can I speed up Nero

    Every time I burn 4 AVI files to DVD+R it takes 6+ hours. I run nero 6 on my pent 3 laptop. Is there any way I can make it run faster.

    6 hours to burn to disk, way too long. Try updating the burner's firmware and see what happens.

    EDIT: Also make sure your version of nero is current.

    I changed the setting from double pass to single pass and know it only takes 4 hrs. Is that normal

    Dont multitask while burning. Turn off all unnecessary programs, including spyware. 4 Hours is a long time, mine takes 2 to 2.5 hours all up on a normal 700meg AVI file, Cheers.
