How can i take a dvd and take a snapshot of a frame

Hello how can i take a snapshot/jpeg of a dvd and save it as a jpeg image?

Never tried but Hoversnap should do. Free too

 

Yes you Can, If you have PowerDVD this has a function to enable you to do this. WinDVD can do the same.

 

You can also do it in nero showtime
