`I'm looking to hook up my PS2 to my PC monitor, how can I do that, do they sell a "switch" so i can keep the monitor plugged into the CPU, or will i just hook it up through the usual AV cables? Is there a way to use the PC monitor to it's fullest and most colorful potential? can I hook a PS2 to the serial? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

You can use a VGA convertor. Basically the vga lead "D" shape, from pc goes into box, then your ps2 red yellow white goes in aswell, theres another "D" lead that goes into the Monitor. A switch to choose which source and your away. Diff types and prices. Lower price usually mean low resolutions e.g. 800 x 600 pixels, spend a bit more for higher resolutions.

A very quick explanation for sure !!
