Download a program called IfoEdit. Once you download it, open it. In IfoEdit, click open (bottom left of window.) Now open the .ifo (any of them.) If the downloaded file is a image file... mount it in a virtual drive and open the .ifo file that way. In the bottom pane, you will see the DVD information... there you will see either see PAL or NTSC. Hope this help ya BTW... IfoEdit is a free download, you can also use it to edit the .ifo's so that you can trick your dvd player into playing either format.
