How could I improve the quality of the picture?

    I took an MPG file and converted to VCD using TMPGEnc then burned it to a disk using Nero. The quality of the picture is really bad, it is dark and grainy, what did I do wrong? What can I do to improve the quality? Thanks fellas.

    No you cant. The general rule is: crap in = crap out. :)
