Ive seen all these people on this forum who have created there own moving signature and i realised, i have no clue how to do it... so i was wonder how exactly do you make one? ive wanted to know this for a long time but havent found any where to ask + my friends r all incompitent so any help on this subject would be much apreciated oh yah ive heard people say stuff about phantom making there sigs...

E.g. Fireworks, Photoshop. There are some free ones too like, Animation Shop 3 from Corel- Thanx Jeanc1 for that.
