How disactivate the audio cardo onthe MOBO

    Hi guys!

    I just put my professional audio card (LAYLA 20 bit) back on my pc,(I have to do some HD recording) but I have to disactivate the audio card that is on my motherboard (Asus A7N8X E DELUXE)I think I should do that in the bios but I am not sure how!

    check the manual for location in bios to disable onboard sound

    Well if you still need to do it. In Windows XP all you have to do is go to the DEVICE MANAGER and Open the SOUND VIDEO AND Game Controllers and find the Sound Card then right click on it and then Disable it. Thats all there is to it.
