How do create images like this using painty shop pro x?

Hi how do i use paint shop pro x to create images like the ones on this site

There are a number of different methods to do this. Try doing a google search for some tutorials. My preference for doing it is to make 2 copies of your original (close the original), turn one copy black and white/sepia or what ever you prefer, then copy the black and white onto a new layer over the color copy. Zoom in and use your eraser to remove the parts you want to stay colour.
