How do Extract and audio file from a file using VirtualDub??? PLS HELP!!!!

    I am makin a vcd and after i converted it to mpeg the sound didnt work. So i read about it and it said i needed to extract the audio files off of the movie and use those. Using VirtualDub how do i extract the audio files?? Pls help.
