How do I add Perma-Subs to Xvid

    Hi, my first post here,

    Ok, I got a Xvid movie, and I got the subtitiles (a .sub file and a .idx file), but I wanted to add the subtitiles permanantly to the Xvid file, so i can play it in my Divx/Xvid Player. Any suggestions?

    Have you checked that your player doesn't support VOBSubs?
    For hard encoding subs, I would suggest frameserving via AVISynth and VOBSub.
