How do I back up my Zen Micro?

    I have to upgrade it's firmware and have been warned it will wipe out all music as well as playlists. How can i back it all up?

    Copy it all over to a place on your PC, and then once you have upgraded, put it all back on again. The Zen Micro allows fro drag&drop, right?

    I have a creative and it lets me d&d so yeah you should be able to do what lehal said.
