how do i burn a movie in fullscreen instead of widescreen?

    When i download something and make my own dvd with nero it always is widescreen, is there a way to burn a movie in fullscreen instead of widescreen?

    There is a setting in the video options of Automatic, or 16:9 or 4:3. Setting it to 4:3 should limit it to that. I don't really know what would happen if you burned a widescreen download into a fullscreen.
