Is there a way to burn files to a cd-r or dvd-r so that they are hidden & dont show up when the disc is put into a PC, is there a way to set the file attibutes to burn it so it's hidden..??
Right click on the folder and check the hidden attribute, not that I ever tried it. Also you would probably have to temporarily set your computer to view hidden files. But they would be able to be read on any PC that allows the viewing of hidden files. I have some sensitive data on CD that is password protected in a zip file. It's not that sensitive or I would have encrypted it. Good luck, I never tried burning hidden files...
