I have some files encoded in apples lossless (ALAC) sitting on my PC that runs windows XP home, SP2

How can I burn these using nero burning rom version 6 (or nero express). Either is fine by me, I just want to get them on to cd.

How do I do this? Can I download the relevant codecs for nero? At the moment, neither burning rom or nero express recognises these files so they mount and burn them. This frustrates me because I can burn all other formats, and I'm wondering why apple is different.

Besides burning these files using itunes (which for some reason doesn't work on my computer) I have found a solution using Foobar2000 media player in conjunction with the Foobar2000 burn plugin (which relies on also having the nero burning rom installed). (By the way foobar is THE best and lightest media player around!!)

Seems a bit indirect, but it works. I wonder if one can burn them directly using nero and the appropriate codec?
