Use IMGBurn to Burn the Xiso Files it works better and is easier...... check the stickies if you need a tutorial on how to back the game up in the first place....
Wut you should do i download craxtion 4 or clonexb V. 2.3 Beta which are the easiest to use. then all you do is ftp your xbox and you will be able to copy every file from your game disc and then keep wut you want and discard wut u dont need. Careful because if u delete the wrong thing then u are screwed and have to start over again. Craxtion 4 will also alow you to modd your maps and vehicles which can be lots of fun for parties!!!
