Well, I use Cyberlink PowerDVD and it allows me to capture to Bitmap. Do you want to capture Stills or a few seconds of the movie?

I'm looking for a program where it takes a screenshot of the video every 2 mins or 5 mins automatically. Because i wanna make a photo album of my family videos.

Tough one! To my knowledge, there isn't such a thing. I do mine manually.

Im not sure if it would work but try using a keylogger program that lets you set it to take a screenshot every few minutes, that may work but other than that try something like BS player, it lets you capture the frame that is shown on the screen either by hitting "p" to capture the frame at the original size of the video or by hitting "shift+p" to cap at the size that is displayed, hope that helps. :)
