Hi All! I just need to know this cause I don't have the best understanding of hot to confirm such things. When I bought my computer, it supposedly 512mb ddr ram but I recently had a problem with a program and upon pressing ctrl/alt/delete I couldn't help noticing that it said the cpu was at 100% and next to that it said that the memory usage was at just under 256/1249mb. I know for a fact when I bought it, I had been told it had 512mb ddr. Before I get crazy with the good folks that sold me this great machine I would like to know how I may be mistaken. Is there a method to find out for certain? Thanks

Thanks to those who responded and, ofcourse, thanks to Afterdawn. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't thank the powers that be for bringing us Afterdawn and all it's wisdom. I typically find answers to my questions on this site and they are usually far more complicated questions, but when I have a really stupid question that I think may be difficult to find an answer to I figure I may aswell ask you fine people. This was another long thank you, but I give it because no site is more deserving.
