    Ok, here's the deal:

    I connected my PS3 to my tv with hdmi cable and picture is fine.

    But I could't get any sound, so I tried connecting the sound cables on the scart to the reciever. it worked partly on Phono but not on cd or tape for some reason. I have to have a high volume and there's a lot of feedback. But still there is parts of the movies sound that are just gone.

    I tried sound settings om my ps3 but I didn't know what to use...

    Can someone please help me and tell me what to do...?

    Thats weird it sounds like something is wrong.

    Connecting your PS3 to the TV via HDMI should be outputting sound. You should check all cables again and all settings on the TV as well as the PS3. Maybe you changed something that shouldn't have been changed.\

    You can also check on the PS3 that the Audio settings are correct:

    Settings->Sound Settings->Audio Output Settings

    From there you can select HDMI and chooses Automatic.
