From Internet Explorer's Tools-Internet Options, I set the size of Temporary Internet Files folder to 50MB. Yet, the folder keeps increasing in size. It's currently 100GB and getting bigger! Is there any other way I can control the size of this folder?

I use Internet Explorer 8 and Windows Vista.
