How do i convert Avi with the sub. To VCd with Sub...

    hey guys i need help how to convert the avi files with sub to vcd with the sub

    Only way to do subs with VCD is to hard encode them. I'd suggest frameserving with AVISynth and using textsub/vobsub to add the subs. You can then encode with say TMPGEnc.

    is there a way or a player to watch a vcd or svcd with subs?

    what does hard encoding mean?

    Hard encoding means that the subtitles are part of the image. SVCD allows for seperate subtitle streams. Upto a player to support them or not though.

    ConvertXtoDVD does VCD's?

    Oops i didn't see that he meant VCD.. But you can copy normal DVD's with it :D.. Anyway i'm Sorry :D
